Positions :

Kit building/assembly and Shipping Associate

RENNtech has an open position for an experienced kit building/assembly and shipping Associate. The kit building/assembly and shipping Associate is responsible for building kits for inventory, maintaining proper stock levels of parts needed to build kits, and assisting with the shipping department when needed. Objectives and responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing and screening incoming and outgoing inventory, while maintaining efficient operations of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works from customer invoices to pull products from inventory for shipping preparation.
  • Verify orders against invoices. ( I would say “verify against invoices”)
  • Organize and maintain inventory for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with receiving/purchasing deptartment of inbound shipments for inventory.
  • Use material handling equipment Pallet Jack, Forklift etc..
  • Apply final touches to manufactured products such as labeling and laser etching
  • Monitor product quality.
  • Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

 Build kits our product line for inventory by referencing bill of materials/assembly documents

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Education: High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degree.
  • Forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift operation required.
  • Employee will be expected to follow procedures introduced via on-the-job training.
  • Elevating potential situations to the next level of supervision when required.
  • Identify and correct mistakes/inconsistencies when receiving/completing paperwork.
  • Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Computer skills.
  • Fluent in English.

- Sales Consultant

RENNtech is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive enthusiast who can communicate our performance products to customers and service existing customers both nationally and internationally.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert with new and existing products to better assist customers
  • Maintain knowledge on latest vehicles, products, performance, and accessories
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases
  • Service existing customers on a regular basis
  • Regularly follow-up with customers
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with customers to encourage networking and repeat business
  • Consistently follow the sales process outlined by RENNtech
  • Act as a liaison between customer and shipping department
  • Use QuickBooks to create estimates, invoices and enter customer data obtained from visits, sales calls, and internet leads
  • Keep customer notes in QuickBooks up-to-date with each contact with customer
  • Maintain professional appearance and mannerism

- Experienced Production Welder/Fabricator:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Knowledge and skills in the use of equipment and techniques in TIG welding on aluminum and steel
  • Ability to follow verbal, written instructions and printed drawings
  • A working knowledge of fabrication tools to include, but not limited to, Band Saw, Sheer, Brake, Grinder, etc.

Work Tasks:

  • Production of exhaust products
  • Custom Work on Customer Cars and Project vehicles
  • Exhaust prototype/product development
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed

- Technician:

RENNtech currently has an opening for an Automotive Technician, the ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Preventative maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, and replacing filters
  • Diagnosing problems with modern diagnostic equipment
  • Communicate with co-workers and sales staff

Skills & Requirements:

  • Automotive experience, particularly with Mercedes-Benz or European cars
  • Organized
  • Completes tasks in a timely manner
  • Manage & work independently
