Yes, RENNtech parts are covered, unlike other aftermarket parts. 

RENNtech products are trusted and installed by authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. However, some dealers may still deny factory warranty claims due to aftermarket modifications. 

No, you can get RENNtech Protect for a vehicle that has no modifications, with the peace of mind that you are covered if you decide to add RENNtech modifications later.

Coverage begins on the Service Contract purchase date. 

Yes, once, to a private buyer (not a dealer). A $100 transfer fee applies. 

Yes. If canceled within 30 days and no claims have been made, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rata refund (minus claims and a $50 fee) applies. State-specific rules may apply. 

The plan provides exclusionary coverage, meaning almost every mechanical and electrical component is covered, except items specifically listed under exclusions. 

Yes. The plan includes rental reimbursement (up to $35/day, max. $1,050 per term) and emergency towing/roadside assistance (jumpstart, flat tire, fuel delivery, locksmith, towing up to 50 miles). 

Among others, exclusions include: regular maintenance items (oil, filters, brake pads, belts, etc.), glass, paint, trim, upholstery, cosmetic defects, racing or competition use, damage from neglect or abuse, aftermarket modifications not related to RENNtech parts, and environmental damage such as rust or corrosion. 

Yes. The deductible is stated on your contract. If none is listed, a default $100 applies, unless otherwise stated in your contract. 

The lesser of: cost of covered repairs, actual cash value of the vehicle, or the vehicle purchase price (excluding tax, title, etc.). 

You must follow the manufacturer’s schedule (oil changes, fluid checks, etc.) and keep all receipts. Failure to do so may void coverage. 

Safely stop driving immediately. Continued operation can cause further damage and may void coverage. Follow manufacturer guidelines. 

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration, which means no jury trial or class actions. State-specific amendments may apply. 

The law of the state where the contract was sold.
